1. Overview

Welcome to Tokenback Protocol ("Platform", "we", "us"). We help users discover apps and builders in the Plasma ecosystem and run optional quests that may award points or other promotional rewards. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Not legal/financial advice. Content on the Platform (including ratings, tasks, and summaries) is for informational and community purposes only and is not investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least [age] and not subject to applicable sanctions. You're responsible for your wallet(s), private keys, and account security. We may require KYC/verification for certain features, rewards, or compliance.

3. Platform Role (Like an App Store)

We are a discovery and community layer. We do not develop, operate, audit, or control third-party apps, smart contracts, protocols, tokens, or chains (collectively, "Third-Party Services") shown on the Platform. Listings, rankings, ratings, badges, and categories are informational and may be partially automated or community-generated.

No endorsement or warranty.

Inclusion or visibility does not mean we endorse, vet, or guarantee any Third-Party Service.

No custody.

We do not take custody of user funds. Interactions with smart contracts or external apps are directly between you and those third parties.

Your risk.

Smart contracts may be unaudited, exploited, or fail. Tokens may be volatile or worthless. Use your own judgment.

4. Quests, Points & Rewards

We may run quests that award points, badges, or other promotional items (the "Rewards Program"):

No cash value.

Points and badges have no cash value, are not a currency or security, and may never be redeemable for any monetary or digital asset.

No obligation.

We may modify, cap, withhold, or discontinue the Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. We are not obligated to issue or convert points into anything of value.

Eligibility & fraud.

We may require verification, apply geographic restrictions, and disqualify or claw back rewards for suspected abuse (e.g., sybil accounts, bots, falsified activity).

Taxes.

You are solely responsible for any taxes related to rewards.

Freedom to opt-out.

Quests are optional. You decide whether to participate.

5. User Content: Ratings & Feedback

You may post ratings, tags, and comments ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to host, display, adapt, and use User Content to operate and improve the Platform. Don't post anything unlawful, defamatory, misleading, spammy, or infringing (see Acceptable Use).

6. Prohibited Conduct (summary)

No illegal activity; no circumvention, scraping at scale, or interference; no exploit seeking or reverse-engineering except through an approved security program; no impersonation; no spam/sybil behavior; no attempts to manipulate rankings, quests, or rewards.

7. Intellectual Property

We own the Platform and all associated content except User Content and third-party marks. Don't use our trademarks without written permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Integrations

The Platform may link to wallets, bridges, protocols, or other Third-Party Services. We are not responsible for those services and disclaim all liability arising from their use.

9. Disclaimers (Important)

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES—EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY—INCLUDING NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS; LOSS OF DATA; OR SECURITY BREACHES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. IN ALL CASES, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless [Company] from claims arising out of your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your interactions with Third-Party Services.

12. Changes, Suspension, Termination

We may update the Platform and these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate access (including to the Rewards Program) for any reason, including risk, abuse, or compliance.

13. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Quebec law, excluding conflict rules. Arbitration/venue: Courts of Quebec. Class-action waiver: disputes must be brought individually.

14. Miscellaneous

Severability; assignment (we may assign; you may not without consent); force majeure; entire agreement.
